Can i book dinning for a group, and cancel 48 hours ahead for only few of us , in case an emergency happened? will they still charge my credit card $10 for "no show"of the guests?

Hello Ghada and thanks for bringing your valued question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
There's nothing more fun than a whole group of family or friends gathering together for a delicious meal in a beautifully themed restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort.  However, as you say plans could and often do change which may lead to unforeseen cancellations of previously made Advanced Dining Reservations.
I'm happy to share that each Disney dining location holds it's own cancellation policy for restaurant cancellations.  Therefore I would recommend double checking with a knowledgeable Cast Member for your chosen restaurants credit card cancellation policy by dialling the telephone number for Dining Reservations contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory
Wishing you a pixie dusted visit to Walt Disney World Resort where dreams and wishes really can come true.
    Have a great Disney day.
