I want to book dinner on Sun Dec. 22 at T-Rex @ DTD. We will be at AK park Until around 5pm (leaving after parade) What would be the best time to do dinner? And how should I get to DTD & how much time will it take? Thank you

    Hi Tonya!

T-Rex Café is one of our FAVORITE places to eat!  I think a day at Disney's Animal Kingdom followed by a dinner at T-Rex Café is an excellent plan!

To get to Downtown Disney From Disney's Animal Kingdom take a bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, and from there, you'll take a bus to Downtown Disney.  I always allow an hour and a half for bus transportation if I'll be making a transfer, so you'd be pretty safe with a reservation at 6:30 pm (assuming a departure at 5 pm).  You'll likely arrive at your destination before 6:30, so you'll have time to walk and browse and see some of the sights at Downtown Disney before you head in to dinner.

    Have a magical vacation!
