To book a dinner reservation, will they charge the card or is it just to reserve? I don't see an amount that will be charged on the card.

    Hi Viviana,

I'm happy to help with your Walt Disney World dining question. Meals at the resorts, theme parks and Disney Springs are my favorite part of a Disney vacation.

A credit card is required to guarantee an advanced dining reservation. You will not be charged unless you fail to show up for the reservation. If you cannot keep for the reservation, you need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged $10 per person as a no-show fee.

You can cancel a dining reservation online, with the My Disney Experience mobile app or by calling 407.939.3463.

I hope that clarifies the cancellation policy for you, Viviana. Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please check back again if we can help in any other way, including restaurant recommendations. Enjoy whatever Disney dining experience you choose!
