Hi Deborah and welcome to planDisney!
Dining is one of my favorite parts of a Walt Disney World vacation! There are so many fantastic restaurants to choose from throughout the Resort, including at the theme parks,
Disney Resort hotels and
Disney Springs. It's always a great idea to make your
Disney Dining Reservations in advance, because the popular restaurants do tend to book up quickly.
If you are a Guest staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can make your dining reservations for up to 10 days of your vacation, 60 days in advance. As long as your hotel reservations are linked to your
My Disney Experience account online, the option for those extra 10 days will automatically populate and all you will need to do is pick which restaurants you would like to visit.
I am really excited to try the brand new
Roundup Rodeo BBQ in
Disney's Hollywood Studios! It just opened yesterday and I can't wait for my reservation next weekend. All of the food photos posted online look mouth-watering and I'm sure my kids are going to have fun in this Toy Story themed restaurant.
Another one of my favorite restaurants, and certainly my son's, is
'Ohana at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. This all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurant features delicious Polynesian flavors brought right to your table. I cannot get enough of the pork pot stickers and my son loves the honey-coriander chicken wings. My daughter is a picky eater, so she loves that she can still get chicken nuggets, fries and mac and cheese for dinner. What is the best part about 'Ohana? The dessert, of course! The pineapple coconut bread pudding is seriously the best dessert at Walt Disney World and you can get as much of it as you want. Make sure you save room!
Please stop back by if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
