It sounds like you are on the fence for now about swapping a Magic Kingdom day for an EPCOT day, but you are certain that either day will include
Lightning Lane Multi Pass. Let me tell you, I think even with the uncertainty, this is a solid plan. With Lightning Lane Multi Pass guests can skip the traditional standby queue at many attractions and save time in line. This service also allows you to select up to 3 experiences before you even arrive. Isn’t that magical?
You can absolutely change the park you intended on using your Lightning Lane Multi Pass for during your visit - just change parks in the
My Disney Experience App prior to scanning your ticket on the date you’re hoping to change. Here’s how:
- Tap the hamburger (☰) icon on the bottom right.
- Tap Lightning Lane Passes.
- Tap the Lightning Lane Pass you’d like to change.
- Tap Modify Lightning Lane Pass.
- Confirm your party and the date.
- Select the new theme park.
Kyle, I want to make sure you know a few things before I set you free to finish planning your adventures. For one, if the park you are changing to costs more than the one you originally had passes for on that date, you will be required to pay the difference per person. Second, any preselected experiences in your original park will disappear and turn back into a pumpkin. If you are making this change during your vacation (but prior to scanning in like we discussed prior since you do not have
Park Hopper tickets) you will need to choose new preselected attractions. There will be a smaller selection of
attractions available as you get closer to the date you’re making changes for. I just want to make sure you’re aware of this while you’re planning.
