Hi Richard,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question. I am so glad to see that you are considering a visit to Walt Disney World Resort this spring. As an international guest myself, I am so happy to see that travel restrictions are easing and we are able to head back for a dose of Disney Magic!
Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, however they do retain their value if wholly unused. If for some reason you are unable to travel this spring, you should be able to use your expired Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets when the time is right for you to visit Walt Disney World Resort again. Seeing that you are traveling from the UK, you could always
reach out to a Cast Member who may be able to assist with your Theme Park Tickets. While not at all guaranteed, if you are unable to travel to the United States, the Cast Member may be able to spread some Pixie Dust given the extenuating circumstances. Personally, I have purchased my Theme Park Tickets for our upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort in hope that my family will be able to cross the border. If not, I like knowing that when we can finally travel again, we have already paid for a large chunk of our vacation.
I hope that you will be able to visit Walt Disney World Resort this spring, Richard. If you have any other questions, please come back to
planDisney, we are always happy to help.
~Stephanie
