Hi there, Connie!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Oh boy; you are in for an amazing sailing on the beautiful
Disney Wonder. My family just recently did a similar itinerary from San Juan and it was just the perfect winter break from the cold! I know you will have a WONDERful time!
On Embarkation Day, dinner will be served slightly later than on the other nights due to a later Guest Onboard time. You can expect the safety drill and sail away deck party to be between 5 and 6PM with main dinner service beginning after that, most likely around 6-6:15PM. The first night’s dress is cruise casual, so you will have time to do it all prior to dinner seating without worrying about dressing up for dinner. The remaining nights, the main dining seating will be around 5:45PM and second seating will be around 8:15PM. The times can vary slightly, but your Key to the World card and daily Navigator will confirm the times for your particular sailing.
I confirmed that stateroom 8000 has the following: a queen bed, a sofa that turns into a twin bed, a pull down berth bed and a bed that pulls from the wall. It will comfortably sleep 5 in this particular room.
As you continue planning, explore the opportunities available through
Port Adventures. You’ll be visiting some breathtaking beaches and I recommend taking advantage of those while at port!
If you have any additional questions as your planning continues, please feel free to visit again! I am so excited for your trip on the Wonder. Have some beignets from
Tiana's Place for me!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
