Ahoy there, Kathryn. Welcome back to planDisney. We’re so glad you’ve stopped by with another question for us.
It looks like you’ve thoroughly enjoyed your previous Disney cruise and were able to take advantage of the
onboard placeholder offer. I always secure a placeholder (or two!) for an upcoming sailing; this makes the post-cruise blues bearable knowing I have another sailing on the horizon!
I’m happy to report that you’re now able to book your placeholder cruise online. Once you’re ready to take the plunge, you can easily book your placeholder cruise by logging into your MyDisney account on the
Disney Cruise Line website. Once logged in, hover your cursor over “Already Booked” on the very top, and click on “My Reservations”. You should be able to see your future cruise placeholder and its corresponding expiration date. Click on the placeholder, then select “Search All Cruises.” Then, you’ll follow the prompts and enter your travel party information before searching for an itinerary that suits you. You’ll see the title “Special Rates for Placeholder” and you can filter your search to narrow down the itineraries. Once you’ve made your selection of stateroom, you’ll be asked to “Confirm Your Placeholder Conversion.” Follow the instructions for payment and then you’re all set!
As you continue to plan your next Disney cruise vacation, please don’t hesitate to visit us again on
planDisney if you have more questions.
Hope to SEA ya real soon,
Kiki
