I want to book a cruise on June 20 for my 30th wedding anniversary. Any suggestions 🤔 please

Ahoy there, Jamie! Welcome aboard planDisney!

Wow, 30 years! Congratulations on such a momentous occasion! My wife and I are looking forward to our 10th anniversary in a couple years and are already planning for that trip, so I'm excited that you're considering a Disney Cruise this summer to celebrate and even bigger milestone! While the traditional 30th Anniversary gift is pearls, I'm pretty sure most would be more than happy to unwrap a Disney Cruise Line vacation!

June is an incredible time to sail because of the wide variety of itineraries available on the four active ships in the fleet! The Disney Wish will be about a month from its inaugural season, so you'll be a bit early for that, but that's what your 31st Anniversary is for, right? haha!

Now, back to those options, I always start with the Find A Cruise page, where you can search by everything from departure dates to departure ports to specific themed days and everything in-between. I took the liberty of looking at June 2022 itineraries for you and you're in luck, there's nearly every type of destination to choose from, all of which would allow you to be aboard for your anniversary:

To narrow it down even more, I'd ask yourself if you'd like the convenience of leaving from Vancouver since it's closer to Oregon, or if you're looking for a tropical vacation? Do you have a budget in mind? Of course, you can't really go wrong with any of the options, so I'd suggest exploring the itineraries deeper to see what you'd like to experience! From Port Adventures to Onboard Activities and amazing Broadway-style shows, plus the world-renowned service you've come to expect from Disney, no matter what you choose it will be an incredible adventure!

If it were me, I'd pick one of the two 7-Night options - it's the perfect amount of time on the ship to experience everything that's included on a Disney Cruise Line vacation! If I had to pick one, I'd go with the Alaskan Itinerary on the Disney Wonder - it happens to be my favorite ship, Alaska is breathtaking in June, and Tiana's Place and the French Quarter Lounge are two of the most amazing themed spaces on any of the ships! Plus, for an adult-exclusive dining option perfect for any anniversary dinner (or brunch!) you could make a reservation at Palo! This is shaping up to be a momentous occasion indeed!

I could go on and on, Jamie, but I'll let you chart your own course from there! I hope I've given you enough of a heading to begin planning for your anniversary cruise! Thank you for your question, and if you'd like any additional assistance, please drop me a line back here at planDisney!

Until then, I wish you fair winds and following seas!
