If I book a cruise for feb 2023 may I cancel or have credit if I need to change. the lady I spoke to the other day said yes, but I don't see it on the website.

    Hi Steven!

Welcome aboard! To book or not to book…that is the question. And all the time when asked, I will respond, “Why, BOOK of course.” Then again, I’m a tad biased on the subject, but now is an absolutely perfect time to set sail with Captain Mickey on an adventure at sea. If there's ever any doubt, here are some great reasons to sail with Disney Cruise Line

Let me point you in the direction of the information you need. It can be found on the Disney Cruise Line website under the Book with Confidence tab. So it’s understandable that you didn’t see it because it's kind of tucked away.

The good news is that you can cancel a Disney cruise, but you need to know the rules surrounding cancellation. First and foremost, if you have a nonrefundable reservation (referred to as one that is “with restrictions”), then you are locked in and cannot make changes. For all the other reservations, the cancellation rules have been relaxed. The new policy has Guests booked in non-Suite and non-Concierge categories being able to  cancel up to 59 days prior to sailing without triggering cancellation fees.

Once Guests are booked, Guests with COVID-19-related health concerns (symptoms or exposure) can receive a full refund in their original form of payment without Disney-imposed cancellation fees or apply their cruise fare toward a future sail date within 14 days of sailing. If instead you’d like to choose a different ailing or cancel your reservation after experiencing a qualifying COVID-19-related health concern within 14 days prior to your sailing, please contact a Disney Cruise Line representative at (866) 325-6685.

Alright Steven, that might have been somewhat technical, but I hope it gave you all the reassurances to go for it and make that Disney cruise reservation. WISHing you and your crew a memorable, magical vacation!

    Bon Voyage!
