    I am about to book a cruise for my family and cannot figure out my mother and father's castaway club numbers to let them track their status. Is there a way for me to look them up?

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for taking the time to sail by planDisney with your question for us. 

    After one sailing on a Disney cruise, you automatically earn silver status as a Castaway Club member. I enjoy the perks of being a Castaway Club member, especially the ability to book onboard activities earlier. I recently encountered a similar issue as you, Kelsey, as I was booking a cruise for an upcoming sailing with extended family. I was having difficulty locating my parents’ Castaway Club IDs to include in the reservation when booking. I ended up calling (800) 449-3380 to help me with my issues. Friendly Cast Members are available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM ET, and weekends 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET to assist Guests. Be sure to have information from your parents’ previous sailings (previous reservation numbers, sail dates) handy to provide to the Cast Member. Within several minutes, I was informed of my parents’ Castaway Club IDs and I made sure to jot them down for future references. Soon, I was able to book our upcoming cruise and ensured their Castaway Club category was properly documented.
