Hi Angela!
Welcome to our Hundred Acre Wood, also known as planDisney! I’m happy to see a question from a fellow SC resident! I’d say it’s positively "Tigger-iffic" that you bounced over to chat about a
land and sea adventure with Captain Mickey.
Whether it’s the
Disney Dream or the
Disney Fantasy that’s on your horizon, there’s so much
magic that's included on a Disney cruise. Combine that with a
Walt Disney World vacation, and it’s definitely the best of both worlds! In fact, with the Most Magical Place on Earth being only an hour away from Port Canaveral, it only makes sense to turn your vacation into a twofer, right?
My suggestion to streamline everything is to
speak to a Disney Cruise Line Vacation Planning Specialist to plan a land and sea adventure. Since you are looking at April 2022 for your travels, I’m guessing that you’d like to do one of the 3 or 4 night cruises from Port Canaveral on the Disney Dream. So go ahead and check the particular dates that work for you using the
Disney Cruise Line website, including your desired stateroom(s), and what you'd like to do while at sea and in those amazing ports. Here’s my last little tidbit of advice: do the theme parks first and the Disney cruise second. I like having my Walt Disney World vacation first because it tends to be fast-paced, and then I can get on the Disney Dream and totally relax.
You won’t have to say “Oh Bother” or “think, think, think” if you have more planning questions. Instead, just head back to our planDisney "Thotful Spot." Wishing you the most amazing land and sea vacation! “TTFN...ta-ta for now!”
