Hi, Jacob!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney. Part of the fun of sailing on the Disney Cruise Line is enjoying experiences with your friends and family!
During my family's last Disney Cruise, we traveled with other family members with a different
booking window. The date that Guests can book
Port Adventures and
Onboard Activities depends on their
Castaway Club status (or if they are staying in a Concierge Stateroom). The group with the early booking window could not make reservations for the Guests with the later booking window. The only exception was that the group staying in a Concierge Stateroom reserved a Cabana at
Disney Castaway Cay for Guests in both staterooms.
One option is to rearrange the staterooms so that there is a Guest with a higher Castaway Club level assigned to each stateroom. Each stateroom could then take advantage of an earlier booking window for Port Adventures and Onboard Activities. If that is not an option, the Guests with the higher Castaway Club level could wait to book their experiences until the booking window opens up for the other Guests.
I hope you are sailing on a
Halloween on the High Seas voyage! My kids loved wearing costumes one evening, and I liked checking out the seasonal decor throughout the ship. Photos with Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow dressed up as the Sanderson sisters also cannot be missed!
Jacob, have a wonderful trip filled with laughter and joy! We hope to see you real soon!
Happy sailing!
Jen
