Hiya, Cindi! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney! It's always the best day ever when you're planning a magical vacation at
Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm here to help with some details to make the most of your time in sunny Florida.
As a Costco member myself, I know that you can access some really great vacation deals- it's one of my favorite perks of our membership! Costco Travel's vacation packages for Walt Disney World usually include standard date-based
theme park tickets that are valid for a range of dates. These do not require Guests to make park reservations.
Once you have your package details from Costco, you'll need to link your reservation to your
My Disney Experience account. Select the "Add More Plans" option and follow the steps to connect your travel package. Once you've done that, you will be able to view your
Resort Hotel reservation and tickets on the website or in the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
Since you'll be staying on Disney property, you'll be able to purchase
Lightning Lane passes for certain attractions. These allow you to skip the standby queue and free up some more time to explore the parks! As an on-property Guest, you may purchase passes beginning at 7:00 AM, 7 days before your check-in date.
Another great benefit of staying in a Disney hotel is
Early Theme Park Entry! You and your crew will be able to enter the theme parks 30 minutes before the posted opening time. We tend to be early risers on vacation, and it's a great way to experience a couple of your must-do attractions before the crowds get too heavy.
I hope this information is helpful as you're finalizing plans for your July trip, Cindi! Thanks again for coming to see us at planDisney, and please don't hesitate to stop by anytime if we can help with any other questions.
See Ya Real Soon!
Susan
