How do I book conjoining rooms or rooms for multi families?

Thanks for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nantysha! Whenever I travel with my extended family,  we end up needing two or three rooms. I’ll gladly share my tips for booking for a large party for maximum fun!

The online booking system Walt Disney World Resort has in place is only capable of booking one room at a time. You could conceivably book several rooms, one at a time, but in my opinion, it’s better to call in. By dialing (407) 939-1936, you can speak with a Cast Member about booking two or more rooms. This is when I make special requests like “near transportation,” connecting rooms, ask for cribs, and more. Of course, requests are never 100% guaranteed, but in my experience, Cast Members do everything in their power to make magic for you.

Another option is to contact your favorite travel agent (mine are at Travelmation) to help with your booking. Travel agents are complimentary to use, and can also help you track savings that may be best for you and your large party. If you need more help choosing a resort or even picking up those awesome Park Hopper tickets, don’t hesitate to ask. We’re hEAR for you anytime you need us! ~ Lindsey P.
