    How do we book the Chef's Tasting Wine Diner and other events such as Backstage Safari, Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage and Wilderness BackTrail Adventure? We have booked our vacation in September 2012, do we just phone the booking line to add these on?

    You can get more information on Flying Fish Cafe's Chef's Tasting Wine Dinner here.  It's a 5 course prix fixe menu that take's place at the chef's counter at the Flying Fish Cafe on the Boardwalk.  It's definitely a lot of fun, especially if you are a "foodie".  From that web page, you can make a reservation by clicking on the link on the left side.  You can also call (407) WDW-DINE.

    To make a reservation for the Backstage Safari at Disney's Animal Kingdom, call (407) WDW-TOUR or (407) 939-8687.  It's a 3 hour tour that takes you back stage at the park and gives you an insider's look at how Disney takes care of the animals at Animal Kingdom.  I found the tour very educational and rewarding.

    To make a reservation for the very popular Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage or the Wilderness Back Trail Adventure at Fort Wilderness, call (407) WDW-PLAY or (407) 939-7529.  Reservations can be made approximately 180 days in advance, just like general dining reservations.
