    i would like to book the chef mickey experience and want to use itwith my dining plan it asks for booking number, name and date of arrival do i write where its says date of arrival, the date ive booked my holiday for or the date i want the expierience?

    Thanks for writing.  Chef Mickey's is one of my family's favorite character dining experience.  Your family is sure to have a wonderful time at this quintessential Disney venue.  You should include the date you check in at your Walt Disney World Resort on your reservation.  Have a wonderful trip!
