Hey there, Chynna, and welcome to planDisney! I'm thrilled to see that you have a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth coming up here in a couple of months - have you started your countdown yet?
You definitely have the right idea about booking a
Fantasmic! Dining Package during your trip - it's such a great way to see this incredible nighttime spectacular. While you can book a dining package when you're in the parks, they are subject to availability and typically sell out quickly, so reservations are highly recommended. These reservations can be made up to 60 days prior to your visit, which means you still have a few weeks before you'll be able to book it.
The two easiest ways to book your Fantasmic! Dining Package is either through the
Disneyland mobile app or on the
Disneyland website. If you're using the mobile app, you can tap the magnifying glass icon and search "Fantasmic! Dining Package." Once you pull it up, you'll select "Reserve Dining," and it will ask for your date and time. Alternatively, if you decide to try to reserve on the Disneyland website, you'll navigate to the
Fantasmic! Dining Package page, click the blue "Check Availability" button and enter your date and time to see if there is any availability.
Fantasmic! is always a hands-down-must-see for me when talking to people about their Disneyland Resort visit, but also make sure not to miss the new nighttime spectacular
Wondrous Journeys as well! My favorite place to watch this show is in front of
Sleeping Beauty Castle - unfortunately, it's everyone else's favorite spot to view it as well! There are some special components to this spectacular that make Sleeping Beauty Castle a great spot to watch it, but you can also see the fireworks and projections along the Rivers of America as well (where you'll also watch Fantasmic!).
Thank you again for your question, Chynna! I hope you have an amazing time on your trip. Please feel free to
write me back directly if you think of any other follow-up questions I can answer - I'd be happy to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
