Hiya Lindsey,
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your question about Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! Oh boy—what a pixie-dusted day you're planning! A magical transformation at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and an evening at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party? That’s what I call a storybook day fit for a princess!
We just took my daughters last weekend—my little one became Isabela from Encanto (complete with flowers in her hair, of course!) and my oldest twirled through Fantasyland in her golden Belle ball gown. Watching their eyes light up when their Fairy Godmother’s Apprentices turned them into royalty was truly a core memory.
Now, let’s wave our wand over your question. Guests attending
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party can enter
Magic Kingdom beginning at 4:00 PM, even though the official party doesn’t kick off until 7:00 PM. You’ll usually see a line forming at the entrance before 4, and once they begin letting Guests in, you’ll receive your event wristband and can head straight to the fun.
However, here's where timing gets a bit tricky:
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique does not allow check-in to begin earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time, and late arrivals may face long waits or risk losing their reservation altogether. Since the Boutique is located right behind Cinderella Castle, you’ll want to account for the time it takes to enter the park, go through the entrance process, and make your way down Main Street.
If your reservation is scheduled at 3:55 PM, it may be a tight squeeze. If possible, I recommend checking the app to see if there’s a later appointment available that evening. If nothing is available now, I recommend checking closer to the dates, as people tend to cancel their reservations. Another option is to consider purchasing a regular park ticket for earlier entry if experiencing the Boutique before the party is a top priority.
That said, don’t fret! Even without a Bibbidi Bobbidi reservation that day, your little one can still feel like royalty. Costumes are absolutely welcome (and encouraged!) at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary. You’ll see everything from mini Maleficents to pint-sized princesses. Grab a pair of sparkly Minnie ears, a pumpkin bucket, and get ready to trick-or-treat through Magic Kingdom like only Disney can do it.
Pro tip: Don’t miss the Boo-To-You Parade—watching the Headless Horseman ride down Main Street is such a highlight, and the Villains Grove areas are full of spooky surprises and character meet-and-greets!
Lindsey, I hope this helps as you plan your spook-tacular day! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to stop by and visit us again.
See you real soon,
Christina
