Hiya Caitlin,
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your planning question! Oh my goodness—your little royal is in for the most enchanting experience at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. We recently took both of my princesses there, and from choosing their regal gowns to having their hair and makeup styled by their very own Fairy Godmothers-in-Training, all the way to the magical grand reveal, it was a true fairy-tale moment. The kind of core memory that we will remember forever.
Now, let’s wave our wands and jump into your question! If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can begin making your
advanced reservations 60 days in advance of your arrival, for your entire length of stay (up to 10 nights). This means you only need to mark one special date on your royal calendar, rather than checking day by day—such a regal perk! Just be sure that your Disney Resort hotel stay is linked in your
My Disney Experience app, as this will ensure your planning window opens up right at 60 days from your first day. For all other Guests, reservations open 60 days prior to the desired date, and they are available to book starting around 6:00 AM (EST) daily.
Here’s a tip fit for a queen: I highly recommend purchasing
Memory Maker. During your child’s transformation, a
Disney PhotoPass photographer will capture the magical moment—from the very first sprinkle of pixie dust to the royal twirl at the end. And once your little one has been crowned, you’ll have the chance to capture stunning family photos in front of Cinderella Castle—because every princess deserves her castle portrait.
Caitlin, I hope this helps you plan a truly happy-ever-after experience. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to stop by again.
See ya real soon,
Christina
