Ahoy, Christianne, and welcome back to planDisney!
A Disney Cruise Line vacation AND a mani-pedi? Now you’re speaking my language! That sounds like a Bibbidi Bobbidi Beautiful way to relax and recharge before glacier-gazing in Alaska, so let’s help you get everything polished and planned for your sailing on the beautiful
Disney Wonder!
There are two ways to book a manicure and/or pedicure:
- To book in advance,
log into your reservation on the Disney Cruise Line website or the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Once your Advance Booking Window opens, you can select available spa services.
- If you prefer to wait until you’re onboard, you can still book through the DCL Navigator app, or simply stop by
Senses Spa & Salon on embarkation day (just don’t wait too long because appointments can fill up quickly).
You’ll find the variety of services offered at Senses (a serene, adults-only retreat located on Deck 9, Forward) are as plentiful as Rapunzel’s floating lights. From classic manicures and gel polish to luxurious pedicures with ocean views, you’ll find a full range of beauty treatments and massages to choose from. It’s the perfect way to treat yourself before an elegant dinner at
Palo or an afternoon stroll through one of Alaska’s charming ports.
Speaking of Alaskan ports, my planDisney pal, Kamini, detailed some of her family’s most memorable moments from their 7-Night Alaskan adventure, including their favorite Port Adventures, on the
Disney Parks Blog. So if you’re on the fence about what to do or when to book your personal pampering session, her tips might just be what you need to review before boarding.
Christianne, I’m wishing you a cruise full of cozy robes, stunning scenery, and that fresh-pedi confidence! If you have any more questions before your August sailing, we’d love to help you again here at planDisney.
Embrace the magic,
Sami
