Hi! If I book an ADR and then need to add more people to the reservation, will that be possible? If so, how do I change a reservation once it's done? We are a party of 4, my parents might come and I don't want to miss the chance of booking any ADR

    Hello, Amy,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about changing a Disney Dining reservation.  You do have a few options available that may work for you to make a modification to a current reservation.  First, you can go online to start a brand new search for the same restaurant and date/time, but now with a different party size. If one is available, you can make the reservation and will be alerted that you already have a reservation.  Since you can't have two reservations at once, you'll be able to cancel the original one while still holding onto the new one. A second option is to call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE to ask for assistance in making changes. And finally you could also just arrive at the restaurant with your additional guests.  This is a bit of a gamble, but one we have done a few times when we've run into friends unexpectedly at Walt Disney World.  When we did this, we did offer to be flexible with our dining time to help be more accommodating. However, I wouldn't encourage trying it at the very popular restaurants like Cinderella's Royal Table.

If we can help with any further questions, please let us know. We are happy to help.

    Happy Disney Dining!  -Kara
