Hello, Sue, and welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to help!
Your booking window is based on your
Castaway Club membership level, which is determined by how many times you’ve sailed with Disney Cruise Line. If this is your first Disney Cruise, you can start booking activities 75 days before your sail date. When you sign in and view your reservation details, the date your booking window opens will appear under "Cruise Activities."
If your window hasn’t opened yet, clicking on “My Plans” will show your itinerary, but you won’t be able to add any plans. If you’re within your booking window, once you select “My Plans,” you can choose a day and click “Add Activities.” You'll then see a list of available options, including
beverage tastings, Port Adventures,
adult-exclusive dining, nursery time, and
Senses Spa appointments.
With your itinerary full of plans, completing online check-in is the next step before embarkation. The link opens 30 days before your sail date for first-time cruisers. To help this process go smoothly, you’ll need a picture of everyone’s
passport or citizenship documents, contact information, credit card number for onboard charges, and an individual color photo of each Guest taken against a neutral background. After filling in all the required information, you can select your Port Arrival Time. Once completed, save or print your Port Arrival Form and bring it with you.
Sue, I hope I’ve been able to help. If there's anything else we can do to assist you before you set sail, swing by and see us again. We're here to make sure your journey is smooth sailing!
SEAS the adventure!
