    How to book

Hiya, Ryan! I am so happy to welcome you to planDisney! I love that you are planning a magical vacation to Walt Disney World!

Getting your magical countdown started is as easy as bibbidi bobbidi book, and I am happy to walk you through it! First, head over to the Walt Disney World website and navigate to the “Places to Stay” tab at the top. When you hover over it, you will see all the different options for choosing your perfect Disney home away from home. I like to click on “View All Disney Accommodations” so I can see availability across all the Disney Resort Collection hotels. Enter your travel dates and click “Find Resorts,” then explore the options that appear for your stay.

If you are trying to narrow things down and feeling a little overwhelmed, you are in very good company! There are so many incredible resorts to choose from, each with its own personality and charm. I suggest watching planDisney and Disney Parks Resort Guide videos on YouTube to get a feel for the different resorts, and the planDisney website has amazing Resort Pocket Guides under Panel Extras that are full of helpful details! It is a great way to picture yourself there and find the one that feels right for your vacation vibe!

Once you have picked your perfect resort, select your room and add it to your cart. The next step will guide you through adding tickets to your stay. You can choose how many days you would like to spend in the parks based on what works best for your plans. We like to mix in a little balance by planning at least one slower resort hotel day to enjoy the resort itself. We love a vacation day sleeping in, relaxing by the pool, joining a few resort activities, and then heading to Disney Springs in the evening for dinner and shopping! Plus, after a full park day, recharge time goes a long way!

Ryan, I hope this helps get you pointed in the right direction and gets you excited to book your magical vacation! If you have any more questions, we are always happy to help, so come back anytime!

    Cheers to celebrating countdowns!
