    I got Boo Bash Tickets today as we are staying at the GF, however it’s not letting me link in the app. Can you help?

    Hello Victoria and thanks for stopping by planDisney with such an important question concerning linking Disney event tickets.

    I am so happy to hEAR that you purchased your Disney After Hours Boo Bash tickets.  Hooray!  I know how tricky (& not treaty!) it was yesterday to purchase tickets over the phone for the Disney After Hours Boo Bash, as I was lucky enough to snag one for myself too.

    I also had a similar technical glitch in not being able to link my Disney After Hours Boo Bash ticket to My Disney Experience account via the My Disney Experience Mobile App.  However, I'm happy to share that I had much better luck when linking my ticket ID number to My Disney Experience account after signing in via a desktop computer.

    Victoria, it may be useful for you to know that after speaking with a knowledgeable Cast Member by calling the number for Website Support, contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  I learned that even successfully linked Disney After Hours Boo Bash tickets may not actually show up in My Disney Experience until June 15th, 2021 (when the tickets go on general sale).  So please don't worry too much if your ticket doesn't appEAR right away!

    However, as if by Mickey magic, my own Disney After Hours Boo Bash ticket is indeed visible in My Disney Experience account.  So with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust - yours will materialise too!

    Until those grim grinning ghosts come out to socialise, I thought you may wish to take a peek at this recent Disney Parks Blog where More Details Revealed for ‘Disney After Hours Boo Bash’!  I simply can't wait to eat all the delicious snacks including the complimentary ice cream novelties and popcorn that are included within the ticket price!
