Hi Rodrigo! Welcome to planDisney.
Boo to you!
Halloween at Walt Disney World Resort is so much fun - you are going to love it!
It makes me happy to hear that you are planning a great costume for your visit to the
Disney After Hours Boo Bash. My family always has a spook-tacular time planning our Halloween costumes, and it's extra fun to put a Disney twist on it. It's always a good idea to read the "Dressing for Halloween Events" section on the
Theme Park Dress & Costume Guidance webpage. As you noted, costume masks are not permitted, but you may use face paint.
Rodrigo, I wore face paint to a Halloween event a few years ago, and I learned a few things. It's very likely to be hot the night of the party, so make sure your costume is lightweight. Face paint can quickly get sweaty and can even drip off your face, so if you're going to use it, I would recommend using a primer before applying face paint, and a setting spray after. I would also bring lots of tissues, makeup remover wipes, and whatever you need for touch-ups. I ended up taking lots of pictures before it got dark and then removing the face paint for the rest of the night.
As Ernesto de la Cruz says, "one cannot deny who one is meant to be," and you are meant to be Miguel! Enjoy putting your costume together, and have so much fun
trick-or-treating around Magic Kingdom Park at the Disney After Hours Boo Bash. You're going to make so many magical memories!
Thanks for stopping by, and please come back and see us if we can answer any further questions. Have a blast at the bash!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
