    We have a Boo Bash confirmation number, but the link we were sent does not open and we can retrieve our tickets. I can’t get through via telephone. How do we access our event tickets?

    Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Our goal is to help you have the most SPOOK-tacular time!

    I am so sorry you are having issues with retrieving your tickets to Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party! I am just so excited you were able to purchase tickets! There were many Guests who wanted to attend, but this very popular event sold out very quickly. My only recommendation at this point would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a Cast Member. The great thing is that the Cast Member will be able to pull up your confirmation number and solve your problem very quickly.

    Now, I know the frustration at this point is the wait time when calling the Disneyland Resort. If you have not done this already, my recommendation would be to call in the evening. I have found that the wait time is MUCH longer if you call in the morning or afternoon. 

    I am wishing upon a star you are able to resolve your ticket issue very soon. As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals are making exciting announcements all of the time about the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a thing. That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.
