Jasmine from Gironde Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Bonjour, our family of 5 adults and 3 children is visiting disneyland. My husband is Military and I cant seemed to book more than 5 tickets for our family on the military discount website. Should I book twice? Thank you for the help in advanced.

Bonjour, Jasmine, and welcome to planDisney!

I'm delighted you stopped by for assistance as you prepare for your upcoming visit to Disneyland Paris. In my experience, purchasing tickets and linking them to the Disneyland Paris mobile app always makes a magical vacation feel like it's really happening, so let's get to it!

As you mentioned, Disneyland Paris currently offers theme park tickets for active and retired military personnel who served in France, the United Kingdom, or the United States at a reduced rate. While these exclusive tickets can conveniently be purchased online, the offer is currently limited to 5 tickets per qualifying Guest — not per transaction. You see, when your party enters a Disneyland Paris theme park for the first time using military personnel tickets, the qualifying Guest will be prompted to present a valid government-issued military identification card to validate the 2-Day/2-Park theme park tickets, and each valid proof of service is only eligible to validate up to five of the specially-rated tickets.

Unfortunately, this means that unless there are two qualifying Guests in your party, 3 members of your family will need to purchase standard theme park tickets. Since you mentioned that there are 5 adults and 3 children traveling together, I would suggest using the military personnel tickets for the adults and purchasing full-price tickets for the children, as tickets for children aged 3 to 11 are offered at a reduced rate when compared to the price of adult tickets. If anyone in your party is under 3, their entry is complimentary!

I know this isn't what you were hoping to hear, Jasmine, but I hope what I shared clears things up for you. I'm not sure when you're visiting, but be sure to check and see if there will be any seasonal celebrations during your vacation. If any additional questions arise about your upcoming visit, feel free to come see us again at planDisney. You've got a friend in me!

    Dream a Fantastic Dream,
    Lizzie
