Are the boats running between the Hollywood Studios and Epcot? I saw where it said to utilize the guest parking at Epcot, so was wondering with a child in a wheelchair if this form of transportation is not available, we will be there next week (10/3 - 10)

    Hello Linda,

How exciting, in only days you will be enjoying and making some magical and memorable moments at Walt Disney World, and you are also visiting at one of my most favorite times of the year. With Fall colors and Halloween decoration adorning the theme parks and resorts your are in for a trick-or-treat of a time.

I am happy to report the Friendship boats, running between Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot, are wheelchair accessible. On the few occasions it isn't, such a low water level or high winds, a sign will be posted at the front of the entrance to the dock. For further information about Guests with Disabilities at Walt Disney World feel free to click on the link. Here you can find detailed information about accessing the rides, transportation, rentals, parking and other information to make your trip one to remember.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and safe travel to Walt Disney World.

    Peace, Love & Mickey,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
