What’s the boat times from riverside port Orleans to Disney springs

    Welcome to planDisney, Jessica!

I find it so relaxing to hop on a little riverboat at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside and float my way to Disney Springs. It truly feels like a mini escape! Get ready to soak in that charming Sassagoula River scenery. You'll forget you're in Florida!

From Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, the Sassagoula River Cruise typically starts around 10:00 AM. Throughout the day, a boat usually arrives every 20 minutes or so. In the evening, the frequency can pick up a bit. The last boats usually run until around 10:30 PM, with the final departures from Disney Springs sometimes around 11:00 PM or a little later, depending on conditions. The journey takes about 15–20 minutes.

Since the boats are a popular (and very peaceful) way to travel, especially later in the day, it's smart to build in a little extra time if you have a dining reservation at Disney Springs. And if the river taxi isn't running—maybe due to weather or water-level restrictions—Hakuna matata! There's always the complimentary bus available.

I hope that's informative, Jessica. Thanks for choosing to be our Guest.
