    How to get the boat from Riverside to downtown Disney?

    Hello, Christy,

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Disney's Port Orleans-Riverside holds so many great memories for my family as it was the resort we stayed at often when our children were younger.  One of the great perks of the resort is the ferryboat transportation to Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney). The ride along the Sassagoula River is so relaxing and lovely; it seems like an attraction all by itself. 

    To catch the ferryboat to Disney Springs, you'll want to go to the boat launch which is located at the marina directly behind the main building of the resort. If you'd like an actual visual of the resort's layout, you can click on the map portion of the resort link I provided above.
