    Can you take a boat from the Grand Floridian to Fort Wilderness Campgrounds?

    Hi Gary!

    A warm welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am thrilled to answer your great question about boat transportation options at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

    Gary, I regret to inform you that there are no “direct” boat transportation options for traveling from Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. However, if you would like to arrive at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort via boat, I have two great options to share with you!

    1. Board a boat traveling from Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to Magic Kingdom Park. Transfer to a boat traveling to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. A friendly Cast Member can help you find the dock with boats traveling to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort.

    2. Board a boat traveling from Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Transfer to a boat traveling to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Disney’s Contemporary Resort does offer direct transportation to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort.
