Hey Ashley-
Hey there, hi there, ho there and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I just got back from an amazing weekend get-a-way at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and can’t wait to return.
There is no single boat that travels from Disney’s Wilderness Lodge or Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. There are several water taxis that sail routes in Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon such as the Blue Flag boats run in a opposite circles from Disney’s Contemporary Resort to Disney’s Wilderness Lodge to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds.
If you want to use only
water transportation to get from Disney’s Wilderness Lodge to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort then you will need to take a Red Flag boat to Magic Kingdom Park then transfer to a Gold Flag boat that runs to both Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. From Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds you will take a Green Flag boat and follow the same route.
Disney Dad Tip: Water transportation around Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon is marvelous. Your trip will take between 45-60 minutes to complete between Disney’s Wilderness Lodge or Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Make sure you have budgeted this time in your plan.
Ashley, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
