About the Boardwalk you said, "You can also travel to Magic Kingdom Park by way of the Epcot Monorail, giving you access to 3 Theme Parks without needing to use Disney Bus Trans" How would you get to the Epcot Monorail without going into the park

Hi Louis!  The Boardwalk area resorts are my favorite location as you can walk or boat to two parks, Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

The Epcot monorail that takes you to the Transportation and Ticket Center and then a transfer to another monorail for the Magic Kingdom is just a walk through the park to get to. However, you are correct in that you must enter the park and use a ticket to do this. If you have the park hopper option with your tickets this works fine as you can come and go to any park on any given day. If you have one park per day ticket and were not planning on going to Epcot that day this would not work for you.

Honestly, I always suggest the bus from these resorts when traveling to the Magic Kingdom. Driving and a taxi would leave you with still a ferry or monorail ride to the entrance.  The buses will drop you off just to the side of the entrance gates and it is a short walk. It is the most convenient and direct transportation to this park.

I hope this clears up the confusion. I vote take the bus to the Magic Kingdom!
