How do you get to the boardwalk from All Star Movie Resort or the parks and how much time should I plan for the boardwalk?

    Hello Stephanie!

In order to get to the theme parks from Disney's All Star Movies Resort,  you will utilize Disney BusTransportation direct from your resort.   In order to get to Disney's Boardwalk Inn, I would suggest taking a Disney Bus from All Star Movies Resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park.  From there, you can either hop on a Disney Boat Launch to Disney's Boardwalk, or take the walking path.  That journey will take you around 50 minutes, not including wait time for the bus or boat.  If you would rather get there in a hurry, you might consider hopping a taxi cab from All Star Movies Resort to Disney's Boardwalk area.  That trip should take less than 10 minutes.

I happen to really enjoy the Boardwalk.  If you are planning on dinner,  I would allow at least 4 hours to explore the shops, games, entertainers, etc.  Take a look at all Disney's Boardwalk has to offer fro children and adults.

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I wish you a truly magical vacation!
