Welcome to
planDisney, Neil!
Thanks for stopping by as you prepare for your spring adventure to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I'd be delighted to chat about accommodations in the Crescent Lake neighborhood, one of my favorite spots to call “home” during a Disney vacation.
Currently, there is no ongoing construction at
Disney's BoardWalk Inn. Guest area renovations here are complete, and the refreshed rooms look fantastic. I think you'll have a wonderful stay, and bonus: you'll be just steps (or a short boat ride) away from
EPCOT and
Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Construction projects and closures that may impact Guest areas are typically posted on a resort's website. For example, if you look at the page for
Disney's Beach Club Resort, you'll see a message in bold red font that notifies Guests of ongoing refurbishments. At this time, there are no advisories for Disney's BoardWalk Inn.
I hope this is helpful, Neil. Before I go, I'll share a few insider tips from my family's own stays at this resort.
*
Carousel Coffee is a gem for early risers. Opening around 6:30 AM, it’s the perfect spot to grab a latte and a pastry before heading out for
Early Theme Park Entry.
*Don't miss the live entertainment on
Disney's BoardWalk. My family loves the jugglers, acrobats, and magicians performing nightly; check with the front desk for showtimes.
*If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the
Luna Park Pool, check out the leisure pools - one is located near the
villas, and the other is tucked in one of the inn's courtyards.
*Speaking of the Luna Park Pool, the water slide here is one of the most fun in Walt Disney World. My kids claim it's the fastest, so give it a try!
Best wishes for a wonderful trip this spring. Please reach out again if there's anything we can do to make it even more memorable and have a magical day!
