    Hi Alan!

You must be very excited about your upcoming vacation at Disney’s BoardWalk Villas. I was just there myself last month. This Resort gets super high grades in my books due to its close proximity to both Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, as well as a plethora of nearby dining and entertainment options. As the saying goes, it’s all about “Location, location, location” and Disney’s BoardWalk Villas is definitely hard to beat in that department!

While all Guests, including infants (aged 0-2 years-old), must be listed on your Disney Resort hotel reservation, up to 1 infant can be included on any reservation without counting toward the maximum guest occupancy for your specific accommodation. Therefore, as the Deluxe Studios and 1 Bedroom Villas at Disney's BoardWalk Villas each have a maximum occupancy of 5 Guests, you will still be able to add up to one infant to each of these reservations. A Pack ‘n Play crib is included as part of the amenities in every BoardWalk Villa.

If you are deciding between a Deluxe Studio or 1 Bedroom Villa, you should be aware that while the Deluxe Studios sleep up to 5 Guests (with a Queen Bed, a Double-Size Sleeper Sofa, and Bunk-style Pull-Down Bed), the 1 Bedroom Villa only includes sleeping accommodations for 4 Guests (with a King Bed and Queen-Size Sleeper Sofa). A 5th Guest can be accommodated on the reservation, but no additional beds or linens will be provided.

Should you have any other questions about your upcoming trip, please drop us a line. We would love to hEAR from you!
