Hey Latavia and welcome aboard planDisney. It seems like we need to sprinkle a little pixie dust on this situation and get your entire party, all the staterooms, checked in and ready to sail.
When your cruise fare is completely paid and you are within 30 days of your embarkation date you should be able to
check in for your cruise online or through the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. If you enter rough waters and are unable to pass through to check in then it is time to cast a lifeline. Disney Cruise Line agents are "all hands on deck" to help you. You may
contact them by phone or through the "Live Chat" tab on the screen's right side. Oddly enough, I only see the "Live Chat" option on my iPhone and iPad and not on my computer. I suggest the lead Guest call them as soon as possible to sort out the issue to be able to board the ship.
Latavia, be sure to check your
packing list and make sure everyone has their
travel documentation. Oh, and one last thing I should mention. If you are sailing on any ship in the
Disney Cruise Line fleet (except for the Disney Wonder) then bring your
DisneyBand+ or
MagicBand+ (same technology). Once the
DisneyBand+ is linked to the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and activated, you will be able to tap your way through the ship and watch the Disney band interact during entertainment and other magical features.
February is just around the corner and Mickey and the crew are ready to take you on a swashbuckling adventure. Please feel free to stop by
planDisney again with any follow-up questions and more Disney vacation planning tips.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories on the High Seas.
