Hi Steve!
I'm thrilled to hear you have an encore performance at sea with another Disney Cruise Line sailing! Get ready to walk the red carpet onto the Disney Fantasy and be royally entertained. From that moment forward, you and your family will be the stars of the show!
The
live shows are one of the reasons why I love sailing with Disney Cruise Line. They are so high quality, I feel like I’m watching a Broadway show in New York City rather than at sea!
Disney's Believe,
Disney's Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular and
Disney's Wishes are all scheduled to grace the stage in the Walt Disney Theater. Genie always has me in stitches, so the Aladdin show has my heart!
One thing that brings my family together is our shared love of movies. So we jump at the chance to see first-run movies in the
Buena Vista Theatre onboard! All movies are complimentary and there's no waiting in line for tickets. So our biggest decision is where to sit in the theater and whether to buy popcorn or candy ahead of time!
After reviewing the marquee with a Cast Member, I'm told that this is the tentative blockbuster lineup for your cruise: Captain Marvel, Dumbo (Live Action), Disneynature: Penguins, Avengers: Endgame, Aladdin (Live Action), Toy Story 4, The Lion King (2019), Maleficent 2, Frozen 2, Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker, and The Call of the Wild.
Entertainment is subject to change, so check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard to confirm movies and showtimes. And my other kernel of advice for popcorn fans is to purchase the refillable bucket and bring it to all the live shows and movies.
In addition to the movies in the Buena Vista Theatre, you can catch some Disney classics on the
Funnel Vision giant LED screen on the pool deck. It may just be me, but there’s just something about watching a movie on the big screen under the stars out in the middle of the ocean!
We REELy hope you will have a sequel with the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have additional questions before you set sail.
Happy Sailing!
Sherry
