Ahoy, Eric!
Welcome aboard planDisney! Now, I know what you’re thinking—and yes, with a name like yours, it’s very tempting to dive right into a “Little Mermaid” joke—but don’t worry, your royal reputation is safe with me!
The Disney Fantasy is an incredible choice for your first Disney cruise, and with both Pixar Day at Sea and Pirate Night on your itinerary, you’re in for a voyage filled with adventures from the Caribbean to the cosmos.
Before we look at your schedule, keep in mind that all onboard entertainment is subject to change (sometimes even Mike and Sulley need a last-minute laugh rehearsal!). Once you’ve boarded, be sure to open your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app—it’ll be your enchanted map for showtimes, events, and deck party details. As of now, here’s what’s on the Laugh Floor:
• Day 2 (At Sea) –
Pixar Day at Sea: Get ready to “go to infinity and beyond” with a day full of Pixar-themed fun. From rare character meet-and-greets to the high-energy Pixar Pals Celebration on deck, this is one magical sea day where adventure is out there!
• Day 3 (Lookout Cay) – Optional Dress-Up Night: After a sunny day enjoying Disney’s newest island destination, you can swap your swimsuits for sparkle and enjoy an evening that’s a bit more Incredibles 2.0 than pirate-y.
• Day 4 (Nassau) –
Pirate Night: Weigh anchor and prepare for mischief! From deck parties to fireworks (weather permitting), this night is all about letting your inner Jack Sparrow shine (rum optional).
Since you’re sailing during Pixar Day at Sea, I highly recommend
dining in Animator’s Palate that evening—it’s a perfectly themed experience that feels straight out of Andy’s toy chest. To request that rotation,
call the amazing Cast Members at Disney Cruise Line. Just remember, like Lightning McQueen says, “I am speed,” so the earlier you make the request, the better your chances! While it’s not guaranteed, the dining team will do their best to accommodate your request.
I hope this helps you feel ready to chart your course through a week of laughter, lights, and legendary Disney and Pixar fun. Your first cruise is bound to be incredible (pun very much intended), and I can already tell this will be a story worth retelling under the sea—or maybe just at your dinner table back home.
Sea ya real soon with boo-tiful nights and frightfully fun days,
Dustin
