    Can I board monorail at Epcot from outside the park (without Epcot ticket) in order to travel to TTC to purchase ticket for MK?

    Hi Monica!  You can board the monorail at Epcot without entering Epcot.

    However, if you want to buy a ticket to Magic Kingdom, you can do that at the ticket window outside of any of the theme parks (including Epcot and Magic Kingdom) in addition to the Ticket and Transportation Center.  All four of the theme parks have Guest Relations windows in front of the park with ticket sales available.
