Hi there this board is great! So we have booked our stay at Pop Century Feb 4th-8th and are super excited! Is there a way to request a specific building online or do I need to call or possibly wait till the day we arrive??

    Hi Chantel!

    Thanks for your kind words!
We love hearing how much you enjoy visiting the Moms Panel! Please come back and see us as often as you like!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!
If you have certain buildings in mind for your stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort, it's definitely a good idea to let your request(s) be known in advance. A location request cannot be done online, they can however be added to your resort file by means of a 'note' added by a Cast Member. Call (407) 939-7675 with your resort reservation number handy and ask to have a note added to your file. Requests cannot be guaranteed, however Cast Members will do their best based on availability at the time of room assignment.

When you arrive to check in at your resort, mention to the Cast Member that you had placed a location request on file and were wondering if it had been met. This will prompt the Cast Member to check the note and let you know, or possibly advise you of availability at that time.

I hope this information is helpful to you Chantel!
If you have additional questions about your upcoming vacation, please don't hesitate to write me back. I'd love to hear from you again.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
