We will be going to the Blizzard Waterpark. Can our family swimsuits have metal grommets (found on swimsuit pockets for drainage) on the bathing suit bottoms? Are swim shoes allowed at Blizzard Waterpark? Some pools don't want grommets on waterslides.

    Hi there Beth,

While the swimsuit policy for the Disney Waterparks does mention that suits should not contain metal, I think you'll be fine if the grommets you are describing are the small, 1/4" holes that allow water to drain out of swimsuits.  I would just stay away from anything with metal zippers and metal ornamentation, as it can be damaging to the equipment, but dangerous to you as well. I asked a few of my fellow Moms and they have told me that they have been OK with small standard drainage grommets!

Water shoes are permitted in the waterparks, and I actually recommend them!

    Have a blast,
