Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Alex. We're so happy you stopped by, and even happier to hear you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Isn't the
news of Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park reopening exciting? You are sure to have a splashtastic visit. Unlike the theme parks, reservations are not required for
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, but reservation requirements are subject to change between now and the time of your planned visit. To be sure you're prepared, I suggest reviewing the
Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website shortly before your arrival. Any updates in health and safety protocols will surely be posted there!
Guests ages 2 and up who visit Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park will be expected to wear a face covering at the park entrance and exit, retail areas, and food and beverage ordering areas. Face coverings will not be permitted in the water or while experiencing water slides. Guests may also remove face coverings while actively eating or drinking in a stationary, socially distanced setting. You can expect to see plenty of signage throughout Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park to remind you of the safety measures being taken!
Your
Spring visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect time to experience the
Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. This event will be abloom with beautiful gardens, fresh foods, live entertainment, and more. Don't miss it!
I hope this was helpful, Alex. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your Disney vacation! We'd love to help you plan a magical visit.
