    Is Blizzard Beach not a part of the theme parks

    Hi, Stephanie!

    Blizzard Beach is one of two water parks in Walt Disney World (the other being Typhoon Lagoon). These water parks have amazing slides, wave pools, and enough fun to fill an entire day!

    To enjoy a water park, you will need a separate admission different from the tickets you use to enter the theme parks. This can be a water park ticket, or you can add on the Water Park Fun and More option to your existing theme park ticket. With the Water Park Fun and More option, for each day of theme park admissions, you get the same number of admissions to a water park, nine holes of golf, or 18 holes of miniature golf at Winter Summerland or Fantasia Gardens.

    I hope you plan some time to visit Blizzard Beach. It is a nice change from the theme parks and a great way to cool off on a hot summer day. Enjoy!
