Hi! Going to Blizzard Beach beg of Aug with 5/7 year old. What are the lines like in the last 3 hours ? Trying to decide if better to go to a theme park or water park in the am. We always go first thing to any park, but need to split a day with 2 parks.

    Hello there Mona!

I love Blizzard Beach! We'll be there in a week and a half! August is a very hot time of the year in Orlando so I would suggest going to a Theme Park early in the day and then after you are nice and hot from being in the park all morning and early afternoon, then head over to Blizzard Beach to relax a bit. The waterparks usually are a little busier in the afternoon hours but the lines begin to thin out around 2-3 hours prior to park closing. You can always check your dates of when you will be there so that the day you go the park you choose to go to may be open much later so you could go back and ride more rides! I hope you and your family have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have more questions, we are always here to help! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
