Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Terri!
Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to
Disney World! Get ready for days filled with laughter, MAGIC, and memories that will sparkle forever. From walking down Main Street U.S.A with Cinderella Castle towering ahead to hopping on attractions that make your heart race, every moment is going to feel like pure joy. I’m so excited for you because you’re about to step right into the stories you’ve always loved, and trust me—there’s nothing quite like it! We can't wait to "See You Real Soon!"
Disney World’s two water parks are the perfect way to cool off and add a splash of adventure to your vacation! At
Typhoon Lagoon, you’ll find giant waves, tropical vibes, and plenty of spots to relax or ride some thrilling slides. Over at
Blizzard Beach, the whole park is themed like a melting ski resort, complete with chairlifts, snowy slopes, and one of the tallest waterslides around,
Summit Plummet. Whether you’re in the mood for a tropical paradise or frosty fun in the sun, Disney’s water parks make every day feel like a splash-tacular adventure!
As I was looking at the
online Disney World calendar, I am very happy to report that Typhoon Lagoon is currently scheduled to be open on Sunday, September 28, welcoming guests from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This means you can grab your swimsuit, float down
Castaway Creek, and brave the big waves at the
Surf Pool all day long. As for Blizzard Beach, it is not scheduled to be open on that date, so no frosty fun this time around. But honestly, with Typhoon Lagoon’s tropical vibes, thrilling slides, and relaxing sandy beaches, you’re not going to miss out on any of the MAGIC. It’s the perfect way to mix in some water-filled fun alongside your park days. So pack your sunscreen, grab a towel, and get ready to dive into an unforgettable day at Typhoon Lagoon!
If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way we can!
Have a MAGICAL day!
