We are blessed with being able to stay in Oct. 09 at CBR for 9 nights... Only 3 days in the parks and lots of free time with our 7 and 3 yr. olds!! Wondering if we should purchase 5 or 7 days to help out with character meals and breakfasts on off days?

    Hi Barry,

Welcome to the Moms Panel, and congratulations on your upcoming vacation!

I totally understand the family-time factor, that is the reason we visit Walt Disney World so often.  It is a perfect, family friendly place to spend time together.

Personally, I would opt to purchase the extra days on your park passes.  The cost is relatively low to do this, and it gives you the flexibility to take your time on the days you do visit the parks.  It's nice to spend a morning at the resort and maybe visit the parks just for a parade, specific attraction, or like you mentioned, a dining location.  Having the buffer days on your pass certainly takes a lot of the pressure off to see everything in a day.

If you are still unsure you could always purchase the five days now, and could add additional days while you are visiting if you decide you would like to have more time in the parks.

    Hope this helps.
