are there blackout days for the disney salute to the armed forces tickets?

    Hi there, Deb!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. First I'd like to thank you for your service to our country. I'd also love to tell you a little bit more about the Military Promotional 3-Day and 4-Day Park Hopper Tickets. This ticket offer is currently valid only for the 2018 calendar year. We still have not been notified if a 2019 military promotional ticket offer will be released, but I will cross my fingers as my family also utilizes these wonderful tickets.

The current 2018 military promotional tickets were and are valid from January 1 through March 22 and April 9 through December 19, 2018. This means you still have time to purchase these tickets and use them before the promotional period ends in mid-December. These tickets must be purchased at your local military base by the service member or spouse with military ID. At the park entrance on your first day of use, the military sponsor with ID must accompany the entire party through the gate. After your initial entrance you will not need to be with the sponsor as you continue to park hop during your trip.

I hope this helps, and please feel free to return if you have any other questions. Have a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah day!
