Bkft at CM 3/21. I have seen comments that Mickey no longer comes to your table. Instead you take (& pay for) a pic before eating a la Donald at TH. Others seem to say something else. Which is true? I would be very disappointed in Disney if it is

    Hi Karen,

I just had breakfast at Cape May Cafe on Monday so hopefully I can help answer your question.  While we were enjoying breakfast at this restaurant located in the lobby of Disney's Beach Club Resort, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy came by our table to say hello and pose for pictures.  The buffet was delicious and well-presented but Mickey was not there for breakfast.  I called the Disney Dining line this morning to ask if Mickey is normally at breakfast at Cape May Cafe.  They said that Minnie, Goofy, and Donald are the only characters currently scheduled to appear at this breakfast buffet.

If you have your heart set on seeing Mickey during breakfast, you would be wise to book at Chef Mickey's in Disney's Contemporary Resort instead.
